Ten years of reading reports, not writing meal plans.

I'm Megha, a clinical dietitian in Hyderabad. PCOS, thyroid, diabetes, fatty liver, gut. I start with your bloods, then build the plan around the food your family already cooks.

More about Megha

Why it hasn't worked

It was never willpower.

Most plans fail for the same few reasons. See how many you recognise.

The plan was built for someone else's body, someone else's kitchen and someone else's routine.

Nobody checked your reports. Insulin, thyroid antibodies, Vitamin D and B12 were never looked at together.

You were told to cut rice and roti entirely. So you lasted three weeks, then went right back.

The food on the list wasn't food your family eats, so you were cooking two separate meals every day.

You got a PDF and no follow-up. When something stopped working, there was nobody to adjust it.

The scale became the only measure, so real progress in energy, periods and lab numbers went unnoticed.

Every plan starts with your reports on the table

The process

How it actually works.

Same process for every condition I treat. We work out the cause before anyone talks about a menu.

01

We read your reports first

Bring whatever you have. Blood work, scans, prescriptions, an old diet chart. I go through them with you and explain what each number means for your body.

45-60 min · clinic or online

02

We map your real day

What time you wake, who cooks, what's in your tiffin, how often you eat out, and what your job does to your meal timings. A plan that only works on Sundays is useless.

Your routine, not a template

03

You get a plan built from your own kitchen

Dal, rice, roti, curd, the vegetables you already buy. Portions, timing and pairing are what change, not your entire grocery list.

No exotic ingredients, no supplements you don't need

04

We adjust as your body responds

Regular check-ins tracking energy, digestion, cycles and lab values, not just weight. When something stalls, we change it.

Ongoing follow-up

Results

What progress actually looks like.

The scale moves last. Energy, joint pain, digestion and lab values shift well before it does, so those are what we track.
