About Megha

A clinician first, not a diet influencer.

Ten years in clinical nutrition, the kind that sits next to endocrinology and gastroenterology, not next to a juice cleanse.

I treat conditions with food, and I do it with the same rigour a doctor brings to a prescription. That means reading your reports before writing anything, and being honest when nutrition alone isn't going to be enough.

I'm a Certified Diabetes Educator, I hold a paediatric oncology nutrition fellowship through SIOP-PODC, I trained in inflammatory bowel disease through Monash, my research has been published in The Lancet, and I've written a book on gut health.

But the part that matters to you is simpler. Across more than five thousand consultations, the plans that worked were always the ones people could actually follow. Not the strictest ones. The ones that survived a real week.

Beyond one-to-one

Workshops, camps and corporate wellness.

Alongside clinic work I run nutrition seminars for companies, health camps, and workshops for schools and community groups. Sessions are built around the health problems that actually show up in Indian workplaces: blood sugar, cholesterol, sedentary work, canteen food and shift patterns.

If you're organising something for a team or an institution, get in touch with rough numbers and what you want people to walk away with.
